Baton Rouge Music Studios, llc seeks to educate aspiring musicians in a safe environment for all ages. The program offers quality music instruction in ear training, theory, and instrument technique in order to foster creative expression in music. Baton Rouge Music Studios, llc also seeks to model motivation and communication techniques that will provide students with the skills necessary to work with other musicians in a constructive, critical manner. Furthermore, the program seeks to instill a love for music that will last a lifetime. As the faculty and the students interact in the normal flow of the programs activities, the faculty members serve as role models musically, morally, and ethically as the young people whom they teach mature in their musical growth.
We are a service-oriented business community whose primary focus is music education. We currently teach over 200 students from all around the Baton Rouge area. We are experienced. We currently have band directors, professional musicians, and music education majors on staff, and we all work TOGETHER to combine our various talents into an ECLECTIC CURRICULUM; a curriculum that focuses mainly on conventional teaching methods, but that remains open for change and for new educational growth.
